The premiere of Hocus Pocus 2 was held at the AMC in Lincoln Square in New York City on September 27th 2022.

Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy all attended, along with co-stars Doug Jones, Whitney Peak, Belissa Escobedo, Taylor Paige Henderson, Lilia Buckingham, Tony Hale, Froy Gutierrez, Sam Richardson, Nina Kitchen and Juju Brener.

Director Anne Fletcher, as well as producers Adam Shankman and Lynn Harris and writer Jen D'Angelo were also there, along with costume designer Salvador Peréz Jr. To say it was a star studded event is an understatement.

Along with the above, many other members of the cast and crew, the media and other film and tv stars were present.

A purple carpet was set up outside the theatre to take pictures and for the press to interview the cast and crew.

Inside the theatre guests could take pictures on a Swiffer photo prop, take pictures with and also help themselves to free Babybel and the original Sanderson Sisters costumes from the sequel were put out on display for everyone to view.

The showing was split across two screens, with one screen being for all of the cast and crew and the other for influencers and press.
Before leaving the event, guests were offered free Swiffers, Babybel and all guests also received a free caramel apple in a presentation box, to tie in with the caramel apple stand in the movie.
