The October 1992 script includes a large amount of deleted scenes. Many of these scenes were filmed and never released and others may not have been filmed at all, but were intended to be part of the final film.
Below is breakdown of the main deleted, alternative and extended scenes included in the script, including images of the actual script pages from the SpookyWil Blog.

The second page (after the title page) contains a brief description of each of the Sanderson Sisters, there isn't any information here that we don't already know about these witches, although "She's a mess" with regards to Sarah really made me laugh.
The opening to the film is almost identical to what we see on the screen too, however in the script the Candy Crow storyline is introduced the moment Thackery wakes up. When he sees his sister Emily is not asleep in her bed, he finds a half eaten candy crow under her pillow. Thackery even states this to Elijah when running out of the house to see if Emily is within sight.
"She ate their candy and now they lure her with their music"
There is also a mention before this of the boys going fishing the day before and leaving Emily in alone in the woods.
Thackery reaches the Sanderson Sisters house and sees that Sarah has opened the door for her and Emily;
"Come inside, child and play. There are many sweets for thee"
The smoke that billows from the chimney is also different, instead of rising purple smoke, the script states the smoke as 'coming out of the chimney in the shape of demons and beasts forming and unforming in the vapors'.
In the film Thackery climbs up the water wheel and into the small window at the top. His entrance into the house is a little more dangerous in the script. When he ducks down to avoid being seen, his nightshirt gets caught on the waterwheel and he ends up being dragged under the water. He is then dragged around the opposite side, manages to grab a tree branch and pull himself up into the window. In this scene in the film, Thackery is soaking wet as he climbs the water wheel, which makes me wonder if this scene was filmed at all.
Cut to Winifred in front of the spell book, she pets the book and Mary reaches out to do the same but is swiped away by Winnie who says "Never touch my book"
Mary: "M-m-my fault , sister. Thou are right. I am wrong. As usual"
When the potion is ready Mary says to Winnie "Oh Winnie, thou art divine" however in the script she says "Thou art my idol, sister". Mary also dabs a small amount of the potion behind her ears which Winnie sees and smacks her around the back of her head. "Good Point" Mary says in response.
Thackery jumps down from the rafters and pours the potion out, in the script he jumps down and is grabbed by Sarah who runs her fingers through her hair and says:
"He smells so sweet".
Mary: "Don't be frightened, little boy. We're here to serve you. (a beat) With Garnish" she finds herself hysterical, Winnifred does not.
Thackery then pushes Mary into the cauldron who causes it to tip over.

Upon drinking the potion, all three sisters comment on how young they are. The script has them all chanting together after this:
All
"Beauties of Beliar,
Quite triangular,
We are sisters toiling twisters"
Winifred:
"Knit a witch knot,
And live thee forever"
Mary & Sarah:
"Ickie-tao,
Ickie0too-tao,
Ickie-tee-tao."

Winifred:

Mary & Sarah:
"Ickie-tao,

We jump to the townsfolk trying to beat the door down and instead of Sarah screaming "Sucking the lives out of little children!" inside the house and then being strangled by Winnie, she instead opens the door and screams it to the townsfolk.
The deleted scene where Mary asks "Did I leave the cauldron burning?" is also in the script which makes more sense when we see her say "I knew I left this cauldron on, didn't I tell you?" later on in the film. It seems odd this small line was cut.
The book is then dropped and opens to a page titled Spells for Immortal Life.
Winifred:
"Fools! All of you! My ungodly book speak to you;
One Hallowed Eve when the Moon is round.
A virgin will summon us from the ground.
Golaten omnes Saculorem tuba mirum est!"
It is then Winnie who kicks the plank from beneath them all and not the townspeople. She ultimately kills herself and her sisters as the spell has already been cast.

We cut to the school now and as Max paasses the teacher to leave the classroom Miss Olin says to him:
"Happy Halloween! Tell Mr . Hendrix I said hello".
Miss Olin is in such a small scene but it's so memorable. I would love to see this scene included once again so we can see a little more of her.
Alison hands Max his phone number back outside the school as she walks away and a reference to Allison's appearance is stated when 'Max sees that her cape resembles a witch's cape'.
Not much is different in the scene where Max is confronted by Ernie and Ice, apart from the scene where Max says:
"Maybe you could learn to breath through your nose".
In the film, Jay laughs and in the script neither of them get it but know it's some kind of insult.

As Max rides closer to his house the script states that that there is someone secretly watching Max from the upstairs window (Dani before she scares him).
Dani jumps from his closet and is described as:
She is wearing a very eccentric witch's costume, complete with chicken bone earrings, fifties glasses, blood red lipstick, and a ratty old stole.
The next cut scene you can also watch in the 25th Anniversary release. This is the scene where Max is talking to his Dad, Dave who tells him that if he doesn't take Dani trick or treating, he won't get his drivers permit. Dave also mentions Allison as Dani has told her Dad. The next scene is Max and Dani getting ready to leave for the night and then we cut into another deleted scene which can be seen on the 25th Anniversary release too, which is Dave and Jenny (Mom) talking on the porch about maybe being too hard on Max.
The first house they both visit is fully decorated and when they knock, the door to the house is 'pulled violently open' to reveal a man dressed as the Devil!
The Devil: "Abandon all hope, ye who ring my doorbell! Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha!"
Max and Dani are totally unfrightened.
Dani: "Trick or Treat"
The Devil: "Well, well, well. What have we here? A little witch, and... a kid wearing sunglasses..."
Max: "I'm a psychotic teenager"
The Devil: "Excellent. Excellent"

Quick Cuts. Intercut with Halloween scenes we see Max and Dani standing in the doorways of various houses, where Max explains what his costume is...
Max: "I'm a blind centre fielder... i'm Christian Slater... I'm Jack Nicholson's long lost zombie son... I'm an illegal alien from Finland... I'm Ray Charles... I'm her brother...."
The next different scene is the scene right after Jay and Ernie have taken the candy. Dani throws herself on the ground after Max tells her to "get out of my life".
Max: "Hey, Dan --"
Dani: "Shut up! I hate you. You've ruined everything. You ruined Halloween and it was my favourite holiday except Christmas and my birthday"

Change from the script to screen is that in the script, the house sits atop a hill which the kids all climb up to. In the film it appears the house is actually deep in the woods.
They reach the Sanderson House where the old sign sits outside, it's all overgrown and peeling. The sign reads: "Sanderson House, circa 1660, Home of Winifred, Mary and Sarah Sanderson. Noon 'til 5:00 p.m. Mon-Sat. Donation 50 cents:
Allison:
"My mom used to run this place, but tourists kept having heart attacks and accidents so they closed it down"
As they approach the house, Binx makes his appearance before they enter.
Max: "It's just a cat"
Allison:
"It's THE cat--the one that warns you!"
The cat begins yowling at them. Max throws a stone at it. There is a yowl of pain, and the cat disappears in the shadows.

They enter the house using an old key that still sits above the door. When they find the lights inside the witch house, there are three mannequins of the witches huddled around a cauldron. This scares Dani which results in Allison telling Dani "They're just dummies" and Max calling her a dummy.
As they begin to explore the house, Dani stares at the mannequin of Winifred.
Allison:
"That's Winifred. She was the eldest. Her farther was a warlock. This is Mary, the middle sister. Her father was a bloodhound and she could follow the scent of a child for miles. Sarah, the youngest, was strange. She would lure children -- usually young boys --into the woods to play and they'd never be seen again."

Cut to the return of the witches. in the film Sarah pulls her Lucky Rat Tail from one of the beams above her, in the script she pulls it out from under one of the floorboards. Mary begins to examine the mannequins around the cauldron and calls them clever, which results in Winifred stating they look nothing like her.
Mary: "Well, of course not, sister. They have totally missed that special glow of they skin and the way --"
Winifred hits Mary on the back of the head.
Mary: "I see thy point, sister"
Winifred then smashes the glass cabinet that houses the book with her hands and takes it.

Another jump to the witches leaving the house after discovering the "burning rain of death" is just water. They're afraid to cross the river (road).
Mary: "What is that?"
Winifred: "'Tis a Ford... Obviously a vessel for fording this river.
Mary: "Winnie's so clever"
They push Sarah into the road who screams "I cannot swim! I cannot swim!"
In the graveyard as Binx is about to tell them the story of Billy Butcherson he asks them all to sit, Max doesn't sit and instead stays standing. Binx: "You too, verge".
We return to the Sanderson Sisters house where they're hiding outside as the firemen leave the building. In the film Sarah pulls a spider from the bush and in the script this spiders fate is a little more descriptive.
'Sarah is blithely plucking the legs out of the spider.'
Sarah: "One little leggy... Two little leggies..."
Mary then snatches the spider from Sarah's hand and swallows it.
Mary: "What is that?"

Mary: "What spider?"
Winifred then hooks both of their nostrils and brings them closer before explaining what the black flame candle being lit once again means.
Winifred: "The ingredients for that potion are in my spell book, and the little brats have stolen it. So here's the rub. We must get my book back, brew the goo, and steal the lives of chil-dren before sunrise -- or we shall evaporate and never exist again. Hast thou grasped the urgency of our plight?"

We return to the cemetery where Max is about to try and burn the book. In the film a wind blows out the lighters flame, however in the script, the flame actually turns into a ball and explodes, nearly burning Max's hand off.
Max to Binx: "Why didn't you warn me?"
Binx: "Why did you throw a rock at me?"
The witches appear and above.
Sarah & Mary: "Why didn't you warn me! Why didn't you warn me!"
Winifred: "It's all just a bunch of Hocus Pocus"
Max: "Yo, hags! Get lost!"
Winifred: "Ah, the brave little virgin who lit the candle. (stares into his soul) He misses his friend. He wants to go home"
Mary & Sarah (pretending to cry): "Boo hoo hoo hoo hoo!"
Sarah: "I'll be thy friend"
Allison: "Take a hike!"
Winifred (hates her): "Ah, she's jealous. And isn't she pretty. Almost as pretty as her ancestor, little Elizabeth Podbury, a good witch"
Mary: "Good to the last bite!".

When the kids are underground in the graveyard. Allison refers to the following Billy as "Mildew Man". Cut to the witches landing outside the graveyard gates.
Winifred: "They must come out somewhere and when they do, we will get the book and skin them all alive!"
Mary: "A brilliant plan. I wish I thought of it myself"
Winifred: "But first, we must find the other children of Salem"
Sarah: "Why?"
Winifred: "BECAUSE, for the third and final time, my dim witted sibling, when we find the book, we can use the potion to steal ALL THEIR LIVES!"
Sarah: "Oh. Right."

The bus pulls up beside them and the doors open. When Winifred tells the driver they desire children his response in the script is: "I'd hurry up if I were you. Your biological clock's about to run you down, baby."
He's about to close the door when Sarah steps forward.
Sarah: "Hey, handsome. They're with me"
The witches climb aboard the bus, which is empty.
Bus Driver: "Which witch is which? Excuse me, ladies, this is a magic bus, but I do need a token or its financial equivalent"

The witches, now off the bus are standing outside as children in costume run up and down the street. Mary thinks she's lost her powers as she can smell children but cannot see them.
Winifred: "What do we desire?"
Mary & Sarah: "Children!"
Winifred: "When do we want them?"
Mary & Sarah: "Now!"
They share a team snarl.
Winifred: "Snake formation" They lean their brooms against the fence and then Winifred begins to mutter a childhood chant, to give them courage.
Winifred: "Satan Loves us, this we know. Because our mother told us so. And when in trouble, be smart, ladies, do not waste time, go straight to hades."
The Devil then appears on his doorstep howling into the night and the witches all turn and scream "MASTER!" .

Mary: "I love what you've done with it, Master"
The dog, Ralph, outfitted in devil horns, bat wings, and a pointy tail, knows the witches are the real thing and barks at them viciously.
Mary: "Look. It is Cerebus, the dog who guards the gates of hell"
Sarah: "From what?"
Devil: "Ralph, go to your bed! Stupid dog!"
We then cut to Max, Allison and Dani. They're seated in a huddle at the side of the road. Binx sits in the middle of the circle.
Max: "We're gonna need a truly outstanding strategy"
Allison: "We have no choice. We have to go to the police"
Dani: "Maybe we can get them to put the book in jail, or something"
Max: "Great idea. Where's the nearest police station?"

Jumping back to the Devils house and in the original script after Sarah asks the Devil to dance with her the scene continues a little longer than it does in the movie.
Devil: "Well, uh..." (Checks to make sure his wife is still out of the room) "I'd love to".
Winifred is in the kitchen checking things out and observing what she believes to be a torture chamber. As she looks around the kitchen the phone rings. I really wish this film was in the movie as it seems like so much fun.
At first Winifred doesn't know where the noise is coming from, but, while looking around for it's source, she picks up the receiver. A WOMAN'S VOICE is heard on the phone.
Woman: "Hello?.... Hello?"
Winifred hears the voice, but isn't sure where it's coming from.
Woman: "Who is this?"
Winifred: "I know not, who is it?"
Woman: "It's your Mother, stupid!"
Winifred: (Horrified; thinks her mother's been turned into this little plastic thing) "Mother!"
Mother: "Is 'His infernal Majesty' up to his old tricks?"
Winifred: "Yes."
Mother: "You never should have taken up with that bum"
Winifred: "But thou taught me to worship him"
Mother: "I did WHAT?"
Mother: I'm sick to death of you blaming every idiotic self-destructive choice you've made in your life on me!"
Winifred, furious, tosses the phone into the boiling pot of water...
Winifred: "Boil, Mother, boil!"
Devil: "Well, uh..." (Checks to make sure his wife is still out of the room) "I'd love to".

Back in the living room Sarah is dancing with the Devil and Mary is sitting watching the TV. Instead of commercials that we see her watching in the film, she's watching the ending of The Blob and comments "They didn't have to kill it".
Winifred leaves the kitchen and notices a picture of the Devil and his wife from their last vacation. It begins to click that this isn't the Devil and that he's actually a man in costume.
Jumping ahead once again and the witches are now outside after being chased by Ralph. Sarah is jumping around saying Amuck over and over, although she doesn't get wacked by Winifred in the script. After she pulls a mask off one of the trick or treating children and shows Mary that they're all kids in costume she comes up with an idea...
Mary: "I must eat one right away!"
Winifred" LISTEN TO ME! (rationally) Billy is going to turn up any time with the book. Then we'll be able to do the spell on the children. In the meantime my sugar dumpling... (as if to a child) ... we have to round up all the children we can... (with purpose) Now. See how they go from house to house collecting candy? We will give them candy too..."
Mary and Winnie do a little evil laugh duo.
Winifred: "But first, we must find ingredients"
She looks back and forth at the others, then, suddenly...
Winifred: "Shopping spree!!"

The following scene was filmed and very tiny snippets of this can be found in original VHS and Cinema trailers for the film. How much of this part of the script was film, I have no idea but this does exist somewhere out there.
The Sanderson Sisters approach a supermarket and react as the doors slide open like magic. Inside the supermarket it's practically empty. There is a housewife pushing a cart with a child sitting in the cart seat. They get the concept of a shopping cart and within minutes Mary is pushing a cart down the aisles, with Sarah in the child seat. Winnie is exploring the supermarket on her own.
Mary takes a sniff of a bottle labelled 'Witch Hazel' and tries it, while Sarah is pulling products off the shelves that she likes the look of (just like a child does).
Sarah: "A marketing we will go... A marketing we will go..."
Mary now spots a shelf filled with canned baby food that all have pictures of babies on them.
Mary: "Ummm, canned babies"
She checks to see if Winifred is watching her and then stocks up on the cans. The housewife with her child pass. Mary smiles at the woman and her baby. The woman looks at Mary and Sarah with a puzzled look. The housewife then stops, takes a box of formula from the shelf and turns to find her cart swapped with Mary's cart. Sarah is still sitting in the seat as Mary runs down the aisle with the housewifes cart and baby.
The Mother: "HEY"
Mary: "So sorry. Wrong basket"
The woman takes the cart and walks off with her baby once more. A hand reaches out and twists the lobe of Mary's ear. It's Winifred.
Winifred: "Stop dawdling. Find the ingredients"
Winifred then watches Mary as she grabs the required ingredients from the shelves. As Mary continues to shop, Winifred spots a black bowled Weber barbecue grill and it's on sale. The manager announces the store is closing in 5 minutes and the witches head to the checkout.
The clerk is unphased by their appearance.
Clerk: "Ah ladies, will that be cash, check or charge?"
They look at each other and then....
Winifred: "CHAAARGE!!!"
All three of them run out of the supermarket with all products in hand. Outside they light the barbecue up and are throwing the ingredients into it. Blobs sizzle and form into Candy Crows as they do so.

We cut to Max, Dani, Allison and Binx once more. They're moving down the street, careful to stay out of the moonlight and streetlights and watching the sky for witches. Max tells Dani to stay out of the light and then Dani tells them to all look. Across the street is a cop. After they explain the situation to the cop he makes a strange movement in the air with his hands.
Cop: "Hamma dooma damma dooma damma dinga damma dooma.... That's police magic. You are now protected from witches for the next twenty-four hours."
He then continues with the "I put my life on the line" scene and we're jumping forward to another filmed but unreleased scene.... after the kids run from the fake cop they make their way to a pumpkin patch.

The lot has only a few pumpkins left and in the middle of the yard is a large canvas tent. They all take refuge inside. Dani is hysterical and in tears.
Dani: "I wanna go home! I want Mom and Dad!"
Max and Allison swap a look. They have a problem. Max crouches down next to Dani.
Max: "Dani --"
Dani: "Leave me alone!"
Max: "Hey, truce, okay?"
She is silent.
Max: "Dani this is serious"
Dani: "I noticed, Max!"
Max: "We have to be brave now. We have to be tough. Like the night Gramma got sick. Remember?"
Dani nods.
Max: "You were real tough that night. Everybody was real proud of you. Can you do it again?"
Dani: "Maybe... but.... I had my doll that night"
Binx slinks up alongside her.
Binx: "Tonight, you have me".
Dani then pets Binx.
Binx: "Oh, that feels good... now do my other ear... Yes... Oh, yes... now my tummy....yes..."
Dani: "I've always wanted a kitty"
Max and Allison now looking outside the tenT notice two friends nearby.
Allison: "Hey, Guys!"
They are sucking greedily on candies.
Allison: "Cindy, Donna, am I glad to see you"
But the girls hardly notice them, and don't even stop while they talk. They seem almost drugged.
Cindy: "Oh, hi, Allison"
Donna: "Try this candy"
Cindy & Donna: "It's really great"
They drop the candy as they walk on. The candy falls to the ground, where the kids and Binx examine it... they're Candy Crows.
Binx: "It's the same candy they gave my sister, the night they stole her life"
Dani: "I wanna go home! I want Mom and Dad!"

We now cut to the witches. All three of them are surrounded by greedy children reaching out for more Candy Crows.
Sarah: "Trick or Treat! Trick or Treat!"
Kids: "Gimme some... I want some!"
Winifred: "Stop pawing me"
Mary: "Remember to share with they friends"
Kid (to winifred): "You're ugly"
Winifred: "And you should've been drowned at birth"
She shoves a piece in his mouth. There's rapid shots of the kids eating the candy as the kids and Binx watch on the hillside above.
Dani: "They're going to steal their lives"
Max: "Not if we can help it"
Billy appears behind them which causes them all to scream. Winifred hears this and looks up to see them all. They make their way to the top of the hillside as the children run away.
Winifred to Billy: "Good going! You found the children!"
Billy tries to smile.
Winifred: "And tell me, do they still have my dear, devoted, darling book with them? Do they? Do they?"
Billy nods.
Winifred: "Oh, how marvelous! (ecstatic) I'm in hell!"
Winifred then stops and looks him up and down.
Winifred: 'Oh, send him away. He smells like vomit"
Billy groans; he is crestfallen, and shuffles away.
Sarah (feeling sorry): "Billy --"
Winifred: "Find them, Mary!"
Mary: " I always get my child"
Winifred: "Stop bragging. Go! Go!"
Mary puts her nose to the ground, picking up the kids' scent and following it like a bloodhound.
Jump to the Town Hall Scene. Once the Sanderson Sisters enter the hall the first change is when they begin to "Slither about".
As Mary works her way through the crowd she is stopped by a middle aged woman, dressed as Glinda from The Wizard of Oz.
Glinda: "Are you a good witch, or a bad witch?"
Mary then lets out a giant burp directly in Glinda's Face. She falls to the floor while other guests scurry off for air.
Mary to Glinda: "Does that answer your question?"
Cut forward again to Winifred now singing "I Put A Spell On You". This scene is only slightly different to what we see on screen.
As the sisters slip into their own haunting rendition of "I Put A Spell On You", the adults, now taking this for a fabulous Halloween put-on, relax and applaud.
On Dave and Jenny applauding, as they ease up, and back away from the stage.
Jenny: " It was a put-on!"
Dave (laughing): "That little son of a gun!"
Dani: "Don't listen to them"
Max: "They're trying to enchant you!"
Jenny: "They're succeeding, beautifully! This is enchanting"
Billy appears behind them on stage and the kids give shout and jump down. They push their way through the crowd as Billy follows behind them. Max and Dani's parents watch them walking through the crowd with Billy behind.
Dave: "Look at them! Have we raised a couple of creative kids or what?"
Jenny: "Wish we had the camera!"
The adults in this scene are seen to make "strange unparental dance movements and convulsions" as the spell takes it's hold. As the kids escape the town hall, Billy gets caught up by the front of a conga line. He's surprised but then get's into it.
Sarah: "Trick or Treat! Trick or Treat!"
Kids: "Gimme some... I want some!"

The scene where the kids are hiding in the alleyway is almost identical. When Binx says "Uh oh" they peer around the corner to see the Sanderson Sisters, led by Mary's nose trying to find them.
Mary: "My nostrils are killing me"
Winifred kicks her in the butt.
Winifred: "Do they feel better now?"
Dani: "She's following our scent"

We cut back to the town hall where Billy is really enjoying himself as he's finally free of the witches.
Cut to the witches outside the school. They head towards the school and notice a broken window, that they use to enter.
We cut to the boys locker room, all three of the witches are walking cautiously past lines of lockers.
Mary: "I smell boys. Sweaty boys"
Sarah: "Isn't it nice?"
Sarah gets excited. They open a locker.
Mary: "'Tis for the little ones. They hand them off these hooks, then close the door. (Pointing to vents) These holes retard spoilage"
Winifred appears between them.
Winifred: "And these are for pulling"
She then grabs their ears and yanks them off camera.

They then enter the weight room. Winifred declares this room "'Tis a torture chamber". The scene cuts to the swimming pool.
Winifred: "'Tis a drowning pool"
Mary points to the diving board: "They make them walk the plank"
Winifred places a finger in the water and tastes it "The water has been poisoned"
Mary and Sarah then share an evil look at each other. They push Wini into the pool and begin to dance and laugh with glee. This soon comes to an end when they see Winifred standing at the edge of the pool soaking wet. Both of them look at each other and shout "She did it!" as they point at one another.
Mary: "Good thing for us thou has a sense of humour"
WInifred: "Calming circle?"
She then takes their hands which cuts to outside the school where rapid jolts of electricity momentarily illuminate the inside.
Mary and Sarah are smoldering from the jolts, while Winifred is now completely dry.

The witches, now in the hallway as Max speaks over them through the intercom. This scene has Max asking "Tennis anyone?" as hundreds of tennis balls fall down the stairs towards the sisters.
When the witches are burning in the kiln, instead of them all panicking and Winifred screaming "It's hot" instead the script has her as laughing insanely in the window.
The next scenes play out almost identical to what we see in the film, right up to the kids returning home with Binx. This scene then jumps to Billy, still at the town hall. Billy is now sitting on a folding chair against the wall. He's tired and all partied out. He stands up, heads to the door and gives his new friends a final wave goodbye. No one notices him and he leaves "a lonely guy once again".

The smoke of the kiln has reversed and the witches are once again returning.
Sarah: "We are coming back! We are coming back!"
Mary: "That is my foot!"
Winifred: "Stop wafting! Pull thyselves together!"
Sarah appears first, then Mary and finally Winifred. Mary and Sarah do a little dance, whice Winifred exclaims "The Witch is back!"
When the Sanderson Sisters bump into Jay and Ernie, this scene ends slightly differently.
Jay: "Oh man, how come it's always the ugly chicks that stay out late?"
Ernie: "And these are the ugliest I have ever seen"
Jay:"EWWW! My eyeballs are barfing"
Mary: "Mother always said "Naughty boys taste the best"
Jay: "Uh-oh, I guess these are like real WITCHES!"
They then make crosses with their forefingers, hold them up, then crack up at their own incredible hilariousness....

The next difference is when the witches are on their way to the Dennisons house after seeing the beam of light from the book. There is a short scene where they are flying around the house on their brooms (and vacuum) before heading towards a second story window.
The sanderson sisters take Dani and fly into the night. Sarah sings her enchanting melody as Max and Allison stand watching Dani be taken away.

The Sanderson Sisters have Dani and so it's now up to Max and Allison to go get her. In the film we see them driving off after Dani, but in the script there is a very brief scene where Max is struggling to drive the car. With Allisons help Max is able to get the car going and they're on their way.
Cut back to the town hall and the Skeleton Singer is ready to collapse. The Mom and Dad are sweating, exhausted and also on the verge of collapse. In the script it says "The Heart attacks will soon begin".
In the next scene Mary and Wini are conjuring.
Mary: "You know sister, I could just watch you conjure forever"
Wini: "Let us hope so. Stir!"
Sarah then enters the house announcing that the "Children are here".

When Max, Dani, Allison and Binx flee the house after Max's Daylight Savings trick, the car is slowly moving through the children who are making their way towards the house.
Dani: "It's a zombie pajama party"
We cut to the car scene where the Sanderson Sisters are flying around the car trying to get the kids. It's almost identical in the script as it is on film apart from one small part;
In the script after Wini first flys away from the car, Max has a moment of panic wondering where Wini has gone but then they hear "Eerie beach boys guitar" and Wini appears once again at the side of the car and this time she is 'surfing' on her broom.
She laughs and is just about to send a jolt of lightning towards the car, when Max swerves the car into her, causing Wini to go flying into the trees.

The children are now back in the cemetery and as they're running through, they run into Billy again. Max falls to the ground after running directly into him and pulls out his pocket knife, aiming it directly at him. Just like in the film, Billy cuts across the stitches that keep his mouth shut and the moths fly out.
Billy: "I'm not chasing you. I hate those bitches too... Let me help you"
Now friends with Billy, the kids prepare for the witches arrival. Everything here is the same right up to when Dani hands Billy his head back. Wini spots Dani and the following scene happens:
Winifred hovering in the sky, spots Dani down below as she ducks back into Billy's grave. She gets an inspiration, and whispers into Mary's ear. Winifred puts her fingers to the vacuum cleaner's plug and fills the machine with electrical current.
Supercharged, the vacuum cleaner roars like a motorcycle and starts sucking in with tremendous power. Mary hovers down towards Dani, who tries to get away, but is caught in the tremendous suction. All around her, leaves and twigs are pulled up to the vac.
Dani: "MAX!"
Max and Allison look up just in time to see Dani, sucked up to Mary's vacuum cleaner and into Winifred's clutches. Winifred shrieks with delight.
I'm actually glad this scene was removed from the film as surely the vacuum with that much power would have just not worked or exploded. It does seem a little silly for them to suck Dani up into the air with the vacuum.

We jump to Wini now trying to suck the life out of Max after he has drank the life potion. Winifred falls to the ground after Max punches her in the face and tries to step towards Max. She can't move as she's on hallowed ground.
Strange protrusions start pushing out of her back. She looks bewildered and then horrified, as she realises what is happening to her
Winifred: "Oh, no... no..."
There's a pink glow in the East as the sun is coming up. Mary and Sarah see it now.
Mary: "If I am not mistaken, sister, that bright object over there is the -- (beat) -- oh, oh."
Sarah: "What?"

We're now right at the very end of the film. The first difference here is when Emily appears and asks Thackery "What took thee so long?". There is no more dialogue from Thackery so in this script he doesn't say that he had to wait 300 years for a virgin to light the candle.
After Thackery has left with Emily, it cuts to all of the zombie-like children outside of the Sanderson Sisters house, the spell Sarah placed on them all is broken and so it cuts to rapid shots of the children waking up and snapping out of the spell. Confused and scared, some start to cry as they call out for the their "Mommy" and begin making their way back home.

The next difference is when we return back to the cemetery. Dani is still crying over Binx no longer being around but then a black cat appears. It's Binx but... not Binx.
Dani: "Binx?... Can you talk?"
The cat meows.
Dani: "That's okay. Meowing is good. (hugs him) I guess he still had one life left"
Finally, Max and Allison are in each other's arms. They pull away from an incredible, exhanting kiss. Max is overwhelmed; the moment is magical.
Allison: "So did I make a believer out of you?"
Max: "Yeah. You did"
Allison: "Me, too"
They then all head on home together. The film ends with Binx meowing into the camera and then running after the kids. The final scene we see the Sanderson Sisters house and the screams of Jay and Ice still in the house.
