The Hocus Pocus soundtracks were both composed and conducted by John Debney and are highly sought after by many fans of the films.
The first movies soundtrack was originally released as a promotional CD, with a wider release to the public not being available for twenty years. The original promotional soundtrack includes Sarah's vocals, whereas in the re-release they were removed. To many fans dismay, all releases of the 1993 soundtrack do not include I Put A Spell On You.
When Hocus Pocus 2 was released however, all tracks from the film were included, including the all songs that are sung by the Sanderson Sisters.
